Established nutritionist Karen Fischer, is the author of five health books including The Eczema Diet and the award-winning book The Healthy Skin Diet (Australian Food Media Awards, 2008).
For the past decade, Karen has dedicated her life to helping skin disorder patients from Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada and the UK. HOT TIP ON MITIGATING ECZEMA
Working with Karen I realised that MANY health conscious eczema sufferers avoid artificial food additives and chemical cleaning products in order to live a low chemical lifestyle. They may also avoid gluten and lactose from dairy hoping to get results.
